What is my RPIN?

Your RPIN is a unique access PIN number containing 6 digits. You will have received your RPIN via your welcome letter. A welcome email was also sent to the email listed on the customer agreement with a link to access your RPIN.

After registration, your RPIN will be displayed on the "My PostBase" page.

If you need your RPIN number prior to registering on MyFP, you can do so on MyOneFP. You can also email our Customer Experience Team or call us at (800) 341-6052 and we will confirm this for you.
