I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your MyFP login password, please watch this tutorial video for instructions on how to reset your MyFP password.

Otherwise you can follow the steps below.

Reset password

If at any time, you forget your MyFP account password, you can reset it yourself by following these steps.

On the login page, select the option for “Forgot Password?”

Enter your account login email address.

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mailboxes before re-attempting.

Once you receive the email to reset your MyFP login password, please note the email link is only valid for one hour.

Once you open the link you can choose your new password which must be at least 8 characters with a combination of capital and lower-case letters, at least one numeric digit and at least one special character. You will need to enter it twice to make sure they match. The show bar will indicate how strong the password is. Select “Save”

You will receive Confirmation the password was successfully changed.
